Brazil is the leading producer and exporter of coffee in the world. This Arabica is grown in the Minas Gerais region, one of the oldest Brazilian coffee areas.

Roasting profile

Medium. Slow and artisanal process with the traditional drum system, with subsequent air cooling. To get the maximum expression from the bean in terms of aromas and taste in the cup.

Organoleptic analysis

Very balanced cup with a delicate and not marked acidity, medium body. Floral aromas, light fruity notes and pleasant aftertaste of hazelnut and almonds. Chocolate and caramel tones.
