Colombia is the second largest Arabica coffee producer in the world. Arabica in Colombia grows at high altitudes in small estates, is carefully harvested and treated with the wet method. The origins are mainly Armenia, Manizales and Medellin.

Roasting profile

Medium. Slow and artisanal process with the traditional drum system, with subsequent air cooling. To get the maximum expression from the bean in terms of aromas and taste in the cup.

Organoleptic analysis

Pleasant sweetness, delicate aroma, marked acidity, good body. Intense fruity and citrus notes. Hints of caramel.
