An unmistakable and precious coffee, cultivated on the highlands of Sidamo, southwest of Ethiopia, the country where Arabica coffee originates. It is said that the coffee plant itself was born right here.

Roasting profile

Medium. Slow and artisanal process with the traditional drum system, with subsequent air cooling. To get the maximum expression from the bean in terms of aromas and taste in the cup.

Organoleptic analysis

Intense aromas and floral aromas, a surprising variety of flavours: from spicy scents (cinnamon) to fruit (orange peel), from aromatic herbs to honey, a hint of rum, pleasant and delicate acidity, very good persistence.

A "meditation" coffee, recommended for special moments of relaxation and well-being.
