Founded in 1949 by Libero Petronio, the Caffè San Giusto Torrefazione is the historic Trieste-based company, still owned by the family. San Giusto is the patron saint of the city of coffee. For seventy years it has specialized in the purchase of the best raw beans, in the creation of blends and in the artisan roasting of high quality coffee beans for espresso.
